Delete your Boylu account

In the app (recommended)
- Open Boylu → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The request is processed immediately on our server. Your account is deactivated at once and the data below is removed within 24 hours. The app on that device is reset to a fresh install.
By e-mail
If you no longer have the app, write to melberlabs@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account (or, for Sign in with Apple, tell us the approximate date you created the account). We delete within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- account (e-mail, password hash, Apple sign-in link; we also ask Apple to revoke the Sign in with Apple token),
- profile, measurements, routine history and posture check results on our servers,
- device sessions and analytics events linked to the account,
- all data in the app on the device where you confirmed, including any kept photos.
What is kept, and for how long
- Subscription and purchase records, anonymised (no e-mail, no identity), for up to 10 years because tax and accounting law requires it.
- Security logs (IP address, request time) for 30 days.
- Encrypted database backups age out within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You can create a new account with the same e-mail address after 24 hours.
